Q. What copyright applies to website material?
A. Any text/images/used on this site is copyrighted to Holiday Villa Select. Supply of textual/imaging material in connection with the build and display of an owner’s property adverts confirms the granting of permission for the use of such material by the material owner as long as the relevant property remains on display. Ensuring that textual/imaging material supplied in connection with the build/display of property adverts is non-copyrighted is the responsibility of the owner/advertiser. The property owner/advertiser irrevocably and unconditionally indemnifies Holiday Villa Select against any cost, loss or liability (including legal costs) which Holiday Villa Select may incur by reason of any breach of copyright arising from use of the material supplied by the owner/advertiser. Use of website material for anything other than personal use (including duplication or transmission) without the permission of Holiday Villa Select or the property owner/advertiser is strictly prohibited. Holiday Villa Select retain the right to utilise uploaded property images in any site/property marketing that they undertake.

Q. What terms govern the website design and layout?
A. Design and layout of the website is the sole responsibility of Holiday Villa Select and we reserve the right to determine all aspects of the final design layout of the site. This includes the right to edit material or amend layouts or images supplied by owners/advertisers. Holiday Villa Select accepts no liability for any loss/damage resulting from the design/display of the properties, or changes made to the material supplied by the owner/advertiser.

Q. Is there any advice or terms and conditions liabilities’ for the holiday maker and or owner?
A1. Your protection practical advice
Firstly Holiday Villa Select is not a travel agent or a tour operator. We are simply an advertising portal (website) or put another way an online electronic magazine for the advertising of owners or there agents holiday property, you deal direct with the private owner and you should always think about the nature of advertisements and contracts transacted on the Internet, and the risks involved. It is a sad fact of life that all website what ever markets they operate in can be vulnerable to on line scams. Although we encourage Advertisers and Holidaymakers to make direct contact with each other, it is a fact in this onsite electronic age we live in you may never meet or directly speak to an Advertiser or a Holidaymaker, and you must therefore proceed with care and judgement when using our site if you have doubt about the authenticity of the advertisement or the quality of the holiday maker in any way don’t go ahead with any bookings or contract verbally or otherwise

A2. Terms and conditions your waiver and indemnity
All agreements contract verbal or written for the rental of any property listed on our website is directly between an Advertiser (owner or agent) and a Holidaymaker and you enter this knowing we at Holiday villa select are not a party to that contract.
In acknowledgment of this, you agree to waive any claim you may have against us that is in any way connected with a dispute you have with any user owner agent holiday maker with another user of our site; and agree to compensate us for any losses or liability suffered as a consequence of any claim against us by another user or any other third party as a result of your use of our site or in relation to your dealings with other users and third parties.

A3. Our limitation of liability and responsibility
We act merely as an advertising service through which Advertisers can advertise properties to Holidaymakers. We do not own nor have we inspected nor do we have any control whatsoever over any property listed on our site and we make no representations or warranties regarding any of the properties.

Holiday Villa Select takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the property details displayed on the website, this being the sole responsibility of the owner/advertiser of the property. Holiday Villa Select has not verified the accuracy/validity thereof and holidaymakers are therefore advised to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. Holiday Villa Select accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misleading details contained within the information supplied by the owner/advertiser of properties.

While we necessitate Advertisers to advertise properties honestly, fairly and accurately, and we take realistic steps to remove advertisements from our site following any complaint from a Holidaymaker or another Advertiser, we have no control over the accuracy of any advertisement or the capacity of any Advertiser to make a booking with a Holidaymaker.As such, we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any dependence by any user of our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents, placed on any advertisement, commentary and other materials posted on our site

Q. What are the payment terms?
A. Payment must be mad in advance for adverts based on the scale of charges detailed on the "Advertise with Us" section. Refunds will not be available for early cancellation of an advert by the owner. We reserve the right to refuse to publish or cancel (without notice) an advert should we deem the advert or continued advertsing unsuitable for any reason (including third party complaints or inappropriate rental transacations) and we accept no liability for any loss resulting from that refusal/cancellation.
Payments are accepted in GBP Sterling and can be made by cheque, credit/debit card and Euro cheuqes. Online payments can be accepted from the following:
